A bold, oil-rich vanilla with indulgent, pronounced sweetness and immediate aromatic impact. Grown in the heartland of Uganda, East Africa, at an altitude of 1100-1300m, the equatorial climate and soil qualities (ferralsols and loamy clay) produce vanilla that is high in oil and vanillin, with fast aromatic release.
This central Ugandan vanilla pairs beautifully with dairy fats, cocoa, caramel, rum and bourbon flavours.
Sensory Notes:
Vanilla cream, dark chocolate and molasses, with rich secondary notes of raisin, fig and brown sugar. At its base, warm wood and soft tobacco.

Ice cream, gelato, chocolate, baking, vanilla extracts.
