Vanilla is one of the most complex flavours found in nature. While many commercial vanilla syrups rely primarily on sweetness and isolated vanillin notes, real cured vanilla develops a broad aromatic profile through cultivation, harvest timing and curing.

Our syrups begin with precision cured single origin vanilla pods and concentrated extract, preserving the distinctive flavour signatures of each harvest region. Floral compounds, dried fruit notes, spice, cacao and woody undertones remain present. The result is a syrup that celebrates the complexity of the vanilla orchid rather than reducing it to sweetness alone.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 8 weeks. Natural sediment or variation may occur and reflects the use of real vanilla.

Suggested Use:

Crafted for flavour as much as sweetness. Begin with approximately half to two thirds of the quantity used for standard flavoured syrups and adjust gradually.
